Richard Ho
Richard loves to bring positive energy, care, and guidance as an Early Childhood Educator and a Director. He has been in the education industry for over 8 years, with over 5 years as an Early Childhood Educator. Richard's focus and goal are to help children by providing them with the best guidance and education to ensure they have a great experience throughout their childhood. He is passionate about Early Childhood Education and teaching children. His personal philosophy is that children are naturally skilled at learning new skills, such as fine/gross motor movements, languages, and social skills. Hence, Richard believes the purpose of early childhood education is to provide opportunities and guidance to children to learn better by monitoring and facilitating during events. Richard also believes that children learn best in a healthy, safe environment, because they are naturally curious about everything they have not experienced before and about things they define as entertaining and fun.
